I've got a 4 bed house and having Brush&Broom come weekly to clean has truly changed my life. They're lovely people, are very accommodating and considerate of the fact that my husband works from home, bring all their equipment and do a fantastic job. Since they've started, I've stopped spending hours every weekend cleaning as I can rely on their cleaning to be so thorough that I don't have to anything myself. Brush and Broom deliver an exceptional cleaning service. A small company that has professional standards and excellent customer care. Punctual, thorough and happy to go the extra mile if need be. Owing to mobility issues I was unable to clean the house and this was in addition to being the main carer for my son who had learning difficulties and severe autism. They came to our house and undertook a full inspection of all rooms with me to determine what needed cleaning. Our house really was a mess. A deep clean of the house was suggested with weekly cleaning of the whole house to follow. The quote given was reasonable and we accepted. The deep clean was thorough and professional. Likewise the weekly cleans were the same. Given our desire to clean up and tidy up where needed, they readjusted the weekly fee. They are dedicated and punctual in coming on the day. Likewise on the odd occasion where we have had to change the cleaning day, they have accommodated us. When they clean .. they clean .. not on their mobile phones every five minutes and it’s obvious they have high standards in service delivery.
