How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create a perfect menus for new clients you have to talk about the event to understand what they really want ( sometimes people not use to catering..my job is to oriented them in the right direction accordingly to their budget
What do you love most about your job?
My job for now over 30years is to deliver a complete outside catering service from food quality to front of house service
..what i like the most on all this ..is simply when clients are happy at the end ...on that time i can say to myself " mission accomplished "..energy ,focus ,adrenaline this is what's the job about
