I found it difficult to get a structural engineer to do a survey on our external stairs and Dipo came to the rescue. Promptly replying to our enquiry and subsequent emails, working within timescales and delivering everything as promised.

I had discovered that a property I was in the process of purchasing had been altered without the necessary building regulations approvals, and Dipo was able to help with everything that I needed.

Dipo visited the property the day after receiving our instructions to carry out his assessment, and then provided us with his calculations a few days later. He then quickly submitted a Regularisation application to the Council and attended the property again for the Council's inspection. 

Dipo removed plaster for me to expose the structure, whereas other structural engineers I sought a quote from were not prepared to do this for me. 

Dipo replied to all my emails quickly and always picked up the phone when I needed to ring him. 

Dipo was in regular contact with the Council to chase along the issuing of the certificate for us.
