Done with expensive money and not willing to finish

Do not use this company - i paid for them to apply for a TPO application with my council and never heard from
them again - i tried their website but the contact us chat doesn’t work and despite numerous attempts to get a response from them I’ve got nowhere

Were able to do the work at short notice with a good price. Team arrived on time and were efficient

I am disappointed with the level of service provided by this company. On the 2nd of June, George visited the property, and after mutual agreement on a price, no invoice was sent. Subsequently, I wrote a review on the 9th of June, which prompted a phone call fromStephen. During the conversation, I was assured that a new invoice would be issued, encompassing all the details we discussed, along with a confirmed date for the service. To my surprise, the invoice received was incomplete, lacking the cost of materials I specifically requested, and it exceeded the agreed-upon price by £100. Furthermore, the scheduled service date was disregarded, and no one arrived at the property as arranged.

Upon contacting Stephen, I was informed that the manager was unavailable due to being away and the company had been really busy. (which means nothing to me) While I understand the challenges businesses face, the lack of professionalism displayed throughout this process has led me to reconsider proceeding any further with them

Additionally, I attempted to reach out to George, the initial representative who visited the garden, but regrettably, no response was received. Despite the positive reviews, my personal experience has been far from satisfactory.

Once we agreed the scope of the tree felling and removal a date was agreed.
The work was completed within 3 hours and the guys left the place tidy.

On behalf of a property owner near the Hyde Park area, I arranged for Z Tree Services to thin and trim a tree with overhanging branches, as well as do some work in the owner's patio garden where there was a cherry tree and overgrown hedges.

Excellent. On time, helpful efficient and incredibly courteous. One young man even helped me in with my shopping! The work in the garden was splendid, leaving everything beautifully shaped and I have much more light after a neighbour’s sprawling overhang was removed. Definitely recommend.

Contacted me for an estimate from a photo quickly. Booked in and flexible to accommodate our time frame. All friendly staff and have done a fantastic job. Would recommend and use again!
