I instructed Dan to assist me with a very sensitive and personal matter. Dan came across as very genuine and sincere, and gave me several options re how he could assist me, with the pros and cons for both, and the costings involved. He showed a genuine and passionate interest.

Others I'd spoken to appeared desperate for the work, with one telling me he would beat any other price, then hounding me for several other days afterwards. I was also advised by Dan that some of the services being offered by others were actually illegal, and could not be carried out by any investigator. I'd of likely been ripped off.

Dan was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. He was however professional, understanding and always on hand to give updates and sound advice.

I read all his previous reviews too, which gave me some reassurance.

Well what can I say other than Anderson Co Surveillance are very professional, kind, reassuring and supportive. I was a wife in need and Dan was very professional and listened to my situation and explained how they can help and most importantly did not give me any false information or promises. I then asked a few others I was recommend on bark and they were pushy and asked what I had been quoted by other companies and dropped the price and also gave me a very tv animated scenario on how they catch a cheating spouse and in my desperate time of need I nearly fell for it but I then I called back Dan as he was the only company I could see trusted reviews on and he was shocked and what I was being told and once again told me their service and also gave me advice if I was to go elsewhere and I went with my gut instinct and hired them. He gave me rationale advice and always replied to my questions in a quick timely manner. I was lucky that in the time I hired them my cheating spouse kept his nose clean and it looked like all was fine but a week later I had new information and I went to Dan with lots of questions and he still gave me good advice with nothing in return. I would just like say that Dan and his team were absolutely amazing. I was a little reluctant at first paid a lot of money with a pervious PI and got no where.
