Ella did a FANTASTIC job at capturing our handsome boy, Howard! And was extremely patient with how excited (and possessive he is over toys that aren’t his 🤦🏼‍♀️) The whole experience was enjoyable from playing our favourite songs during the session to chatting on the phone - giving us all the information we needed prior to the big day/getting to know us as a pawsome family. Although the photos are expensive, they do offer payment plans and the quality of the images are incredible. It’s also a nice touch getting to see the images on the day after a quick edit in the viewing room. We also didn’t feel rushed at all on the day despite how indecisive we are (and trust me, it’s extremely hard choosing your favourite pictures as they are all amazing). From the very first phone call with Jane, we knew we were in great hands for our family portrait session. She was incredibly clear and professional, explaining the process and pricing in a way that left us feeling both informed and excited. The entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, the team made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The studio was beautifully set up, and the shoot itself was so much fun. I very rarely leave reviews.. however I am very disappointed in Alliance Studios, spent 2 hours there after “winning a photoshoot” with a £150 gift certificate paid a £50 deposit for the shoot for my little ones 1st birthday cake smash. We provided the cake, got our boys lovely matching outfits, got told we can put the £150 towards wall art.. little did we know it starts at £1500…. £1500… for wall art….like come on???! I am absolutely devastated I left so so so upset, because we spent such a long time taking so many nice photos of my family and my boys and babies first birthday and we couldn’t even get any of those. (We got one small print for £150 of all of us) I am disappointed all those beautiful images and memories will be just deleted at click of a button - however I will not take our finance for photos. But suppose this is how these places make money. This was completely misled to us, and knowing it would end up this way we Luke definitely not of gone as we gained nothing. Alliance please do make it more clear to people and actually put prices up - discuss those. Went for the cake smash came out with nothing 😥 very upset and disappointed. Do not recommend. But the service - Lucy and Jane went over and beyond with their service, they were so very welcoming made sure the boys were ok and entertained. Jane was amazing today throughout the whole process. Our 2 kids don't trust adults easily yet they both warmed to her straight away. The pictures were beautiful and she was so patient with every detail that we wanted changing until we were completely satisfied. Can't wait to see the final product! I was going through a difficult time when Alliance Photography got in touch to say we had a won a photo shoot with them. I was a difficult customer-tearful in turning the offer down, not knowing if we could manage it then calling to request a booking and so on. The team were INCREDIBLE. They supported me as person having a tough time and as a customer of theirs. They went above and beyond with a personal yet professional approach and cannot recommend them enough. When you win a photoshoot, get there spend 2 hours taking pictures then the lady tries to sell you them for £1200 just for the digital print and only 20! Like I get everyone gotta make money but if that’s the case Alliance Photography Studios competitions in which the prizes really make NO sense £150 voucher prints £140 each and when I requested I was told I should just use it toward buying a package. SORRY but I’m not slow! If I wanted to spend that amount I’d hire someone and I’d have all images 🤷🏾‍♀️ honestly the way these companies scam people and JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS! FIRSTLY was this not a competition?! Why would I pay!!! Alliance Photography Studios please refund my money asap please and thank you! & maybe in the future make it extremely clear to the “WINNERS” that they will be expected to purchase a package and the vouchers you advertise as prizes literally are a way for you to force people to buy or get finance. Just DISAPPOINTING. On the flip side went to Tescos after, was telling someone about the awful day and experience we’d had. He’s a photographer 🤷🏾‍♀️😁 and even he said this is what companies do to drum up sales at these times of year. I had a boudior shoot with Jane and absolutely loved it. I was treated like royalty from start to finish. It started with a makeover by Abbi Marchant who did a gorgeous job of my hair and make up. Followed by a fantastic shoot with Jane who made me feel so at ease and comfortable, she had some really creative ideas and the end result was gorgeous. I was then treated to a lovely lunch and a slideshow of my photos, narrowing it down to 30 was so difficult - I never thought I would like that many photos of myself!! Jane really knows how to capture your best bits! All the staff were so friendly and made me feel so welcome. I'm still buzzing the day after my shoot, I can't wait to see my prints. The studio itself is bright, airy and well equipped, it's spotlessly clean and they've thought of everything, even the toilet was stocked with wet wipes, deoderant, feminine products, small details like that make such a difference and make you feel "at home". I would recommend the Alliance Studios to anyone! I entered a competition & was lucky enough to be chosen as a winner for a newborn shoot. We took our 3 week old baby for a newborn shoot. My partner & I aren’t people who enjoy our photo being taken & Jane made us feel so comfortable. She has the best eye for detail & is incredible at what she does. It truly was a magical day & we were absolutely over the moon with the photographs you took. At the end of the shoot they sit you in a waiting area with a beverage & a biscuit while they do a quick edit & put together a slideshow of all the photographs that were taken. This is such a beautiful touch & makes it extra special. Jane, you captured the love we have for each other as a family & incorporated items my Mum had bought our baby who we sadly lost 4 weeks before our baby was born. I won a maternity photoshoot originally in 2023, but couldn't have this in the end due to issues during my pregnancy. Alliance followed up with me and kindly offered to transfer the competition win to another type of shoot. Which I massively appreciated. We had a family photoshoot and a cake smash for our youngests 1st birthday. All of the ladies were so welcoming. Jane took the photos, and was brilliant. She was super patient and encouraging with our tornado of a toddler, and grumpy pre-teen. The outcome of the photos were amazing. We're really pleased with them and the whole experience was wonderful. We ordered two seperate canvases which are absolutely gorgeous. We also got a digital package with the remaining photos as we loved them all so much. Highly recommend Jane, and Alliance Photography Studios. We were fortunate enough to win a senior dog photoshoot. The communication before the shoot was great and they got to know more about our dog Lady and us. Asking about Lady’s traits, likes and dislikes helped us feel confident in taking her. She is a rescue dog who can be a bit temperamental. The photoshoot went really well and they helped Lady feel at ease. Because of how everyone interacted with her she behaved brilliantly for the camera and really seemed to enjoy it. The whole experience was great. The photos that Lucy took were stunning and we really enjoyed how these were shown to us afterwards allowing us to look through them and choose the ones we wanted. The finance options were great and allowed us to order some fantastic artwork. We collected this and couldn’t be happier. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Alliance. When they announced a free photoshoot for anyone sharing their story, I eagerly participated, sharing personal details and being vulnerable about our story. Initially, I felt hopeful and excited about the opportunity. However, after sharing our story, Alliance completely ghosted us. Despite my emotional investment and anticipation, there was no follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no communication whatsoever. This felt like a betrayal, as they gave us hope only to abandon us without any explanation. Their lack of transparency and respect is inexcusable. Exploiting people's trust and vulnerability for what seems like a publicity stunt is deeply unethical. What should have been a positive experience turned into a source of frustration and hurt. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Alliance. Based on my experience, they are unreliable and untrustworthy, and no one deserves to be treated with such disregard. I had a shoot about two years ago when my son was a newborn as I won a competition for a newborn photoshoot. I can’t quite put it into words just how happy we were with choosing Wayne from Alliance Photography to capture our wedding on April 20th 2024. From first communication to receiving our final photos he has just been incredible. He ensured the whole day ran smoothly, was always in the right place at the right time and captured more than I could even remember or was able to take in on my wedding day! We really didn’t have to worry about a thing, he made us feel so at ease the whole time. For someone who doesn’t really like photos of myself I was blown away with the shots he got, and so grateful that I now have just the most beautiful photos and album to treasure. The meeting we had with him afterwards to look through them was so special, to see them all on a slide show, all the memories came flooding back. Wayne was amazing and helped put our album together to ensure our photos flowed smoothly telling a story of our day. Working in events myself, I have worked with many photographers over the years and nothing I’ve seen has come close to his exceptional standards. Very professional, enthusiastic and just a really lovely guy who has such a great passion for what he does. The studio was amazing to work with! We went in for a puppy photoshoot I got as a present and the experience was so lovely, from the minute we stepped through the door they were so excited to see our dog and get to know his personality and ours. We spent so much time in the studio, feeling at ease the whole time, they did a great job keeping the 9 month old puppy focused and the photographer had some amazing ideas for photos for him and us. The photos themselves came out incredible, they really cared about which ones we wanted to choose and I’m so proud to have the huge canvas displayed in my home. We were fortunate enough to win a Cake Smash shoot for our daughter's 1st birthday and what an experience from beginning to end! The staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter who loved exploring the studio and getting up to mischief! They were so patient with her and became her new best friends at the end of the day! Won a shoot, went along with my 11 month old puppy lab and my 6 year old JRT. Shortly after my lab puppy died of a stroke. I now would like the photos they took more than ever. But I am not allowed to view them in the comfort of my own home! Apparently they don't have the set up for viewing outside the studio, which for a modern photography company is a load of BS. The 4 of us; me, my mum, sister & my dog, went for a photo shoot just before Christmas & had the most amazing time. I entered a competition to win some photos for my dog Frank who had been really poorly over the last few years. We went on the 22nd December 2023 and it was such an amazing fun time.
