For a while now I have been struggling with a fear of public speaking and driving on the motorway, and was looking for help to make me more confident in both these aspects of my life.

Having researched the effects of hypnotherapy I decided to give this a try. Alan came highly recommended by a family member, whom he had helped overcome insomnia.

Since beginning my sessions with Alan, I feel lighter, more positive and centred; blockages seem to be lifted. He has helped me deal with anxiety, and self esteem issues, leaving me calmer and more content to undertake presentations and drive on the motorway.

I have received 3 sessions from Allan, the first one whilst in Hypnosis he established how many sessions would be needed to clear the issue and where the blocks were in this life trauma or past, there were 5 in one 6 in other we have currently cleared 4 past and 2 present and each one of those has been so deeply connected or on point with the issue at hand , it’s really blown me away , every time I come away feeling lighter, enlightened and amazed just knowing we have got to and shifted something huge. I can’t wait to complete and clear the issue but already I am seeing amazing results and feel completely different in situations. Me and my partner booked a past life regression therapy session and we were not disappointed! Allan guided us through the whole process with ease, he made us feel comfortable and we got amazing results.
