Would give 6 stars for AJ Limos if I could!We booked AJ Limos for our wedding day as I wanted to travel in a classic wedding vehicle. It was so easy to book and when we needed to make changes, these were easily accommodated by the company.On the day of our wedding, the car arrived promptly and had been decorated with white ribbon which was a great addition and looked amazing in photos.I didn't get a chance to catch the driver's name but he was so lovely. Made sure we were comfortable, put the roof down for when I made my grand entrance into the venue and even hung around a little longer than we had booked so me and my new husband could get some photos with the car.Honestly, would highly recommend this company to anyone. I used AJ Limo's for my wedding on 23/10/24. The driver arrived on time to pick the bride and bridesmaids up and transported them all safely to the wedding venue. On arrival he even took photo's for one of the bridesmaids on her phone! I actually picked this company based on a review I read and I'm so happy they did not disappoint! I am a wedding planner and my contact person was very kind and patient as he answered my many questions and accommodated my client's many requests. The cars were stunning and my clients were overjoyed. The driver even helped assist the elderly ones in and out of the Limo! I googled car hire for my wedding and eventually came into contact with Aj Limos. I spoke to Asad, senior saff, who was extremly polite. I thought at first this was general customer service. Being a first, I bombarded Asad with questions and questions and he patiently answered each one. Asad sent me photos of all their cars including their vintage fleet. I honestly felt like I was talkikg to friend and needless to say I booked with Aj Limos. Asad said to me on the call 'DON'T WORRY WE WILL LOOK AFTER EVERYTHING FOR YOU'. Again, I thought this may have been part of general customer service, which was nice to be fair. I booked a Rolls Royce Phantom Series 2 for the first day and a Bentley for the second, both in white. On the day of my life sentence, I was met with a beautiful stunning car, clean on the outside, looked like a beast on the road and was clean and spacious on the inside. The driver was Hassan and on first meeting him, I was astounded at the level of respect, politeness and kindness he showed me. To say the least, Hassan was a warm, extremely patient, kind, extremely respectful and very attentive person. He gave attention to detail and did not show any frustration to my 'demands' during our drive to and from the venue. I quite genuinely will never forget Hassan. He made my day so much more special in the way he assisted me for anything and everything, and this wasn't just customer service, it was Hassan as person. For this reason, I contacted the company to request that Hassan stay with us for the second day too which they kindly obliged. The second day I had booked the Bently in the evening for around 2hours. Once I saw the car arrive, expecting a Bently, I was gobsmacked to see a Rolls Royce Phantom Series 2 pull up outside. Apart from nearly having a heart attack, I was panicking thinking I had booked the wrong car. However, Hassan stepped outside the car and told me this was a complimentry upgrade for me. I could have died with Happiness in that moment. This made our day for me and wife. We arrived in style all thanks to Aj Limos and for that reason we couldn't contain our happiness including our overwhelming emotions. From start to finish the experience with Aj Limos was like a walk in the park. Professional in capacity and friendly in Service. Hassan has to be one of the most polite, kind, warm hearted individuals who constantly had a warm smile and a person I will never forget. Overwhelmingly, the service for me was so far beyond my expectations. This was all within my budget and at reasonable price. I remember Asad saying 'DONT WORRY, WE WILL LOOK AFTER EVERYTHING FOR YOU'. This was a massive understatement. Thank you is not enough from me but thank you all so very much. We made a bit of a last minute booking with a week's notice to book as a surprise for the Bride for a wedding day. I can only say we were blown away by the service we received! Adam and his team were so friendly, professional, and just went above and beyond for us. The car itself was exquisite! Unique, clean, crisp, and beautiful. The drive too and From the registry office was exactly what we wanted the surprise to be.
