I required an accountant for CGT help and requested through Team Bark. Within half an hour Mobassher had called me and asked more details. He then answered my questions and very clearly explained what needed to be done and their charges.I had what I thought was an unusual situation with taxes etc but Mobassher fully understood my situation. I accepted their help and Mobassher was always very quick to respond. When sending details or attachments, if they weren't clear enough or needed more details he was very quick to find an alternative method. Everything could have been done online but I still like the in-person approach and he was very accommodating in making an appointment so we could go thru the form in the office.
