We like meeting people, from such different areas from the big houses to the small flats, it really nice to talk and get to know your customers and hopefully build up respect and mutal understanding. We are always happy to explain exactly what we are doing and show our customers exactly what the problem was. We always unless asked otherwise leave any parts changed with the customer so they can clearly see what we have fitted, this confirms exactly what has been fitted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are in control of our own actions. We are just not a number but a person and we like to contact with our customers. Its really nice to help somebody and know they are happy, unlike big companies that the customer is just a number.
Why should our clients choose you?

You will never be charge for something not fitted and we always tidy up after ourselves.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We generally can not offer online or remote services, we are however able to give quotes for EV chargers on photographs and a few simple questions, these are: 1. Do you require tethered or non-tethered unit.
2. Roughly where would you like the charger installing and how far away from the consumer unit/fuse box is the location
3. Any particular brand or model you require.
Photographs: 1. Consumer unit/fuse box with the lid up so we can see what make it is and capacity
2. Main fuse inside the meter box
3. Picture of the route from the consumer unit to the chargers rough position.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since everything now has been relaxed we generally just try to keep a distance. We still carry PPE and we are all more than happy to wear PPE and masks if our customers prefer.
