I discovered this company through Check A Trade after requesting roof washing and hedge trimming services. Initially, the owner, Dean, appeared friendly and knowledgeable, making numerous promises to secure the job. Following our first discussion, I agreed to have his team come to my home to complete the work before my annual family BBQ. The first day went relatively well, with the hedges trimmed and some painting done on the house fascia. However, towards the end of the day, Dean requested full payment with the assurance that he would return the next day, which I complied with, even though the roof washing had not yet begun. The next day, Dean and his crew returned, but he began pressuring me to agree to additional work at a discount since they were already on-site. I consented to have some trees removed, under the impression that they would also wash my roof and clean up afterward. The initial cost of £1,400 escalated to nearly £4,207 by the end of this experience. It became evident that Dean was more focused on soliciting work from my neighbors than fulfilling his commitments to me. Ultimately, Dean quoted for various tasks, completed only a portion, and failed to return. For over a month, he provided excuses regarding the roof washing, fascia painting, tree stump removal, and other tasks he neglected after receiving my payment. After exchanging over 100 messages, Dean finally returned to jet wash my roof, falsely claiming to apply a fungus treatment. Reluctantly, I allowed him onto my roof, but the damage and mess he caused were astonishing. Not only did he fail to wash the roof properly, but he also neglected to clear the gutters and caused significant damage by walking across the roof with his high-pressure washer. He also offered to clean the neighbor's roof but left half of it unwashed and has not returned, prompting them to pursue him as well. Regarding this company, it is advisable to avoid their services entirely, as they may result in significant financial loss and potential damage to your property. They are essentially unqualified tree surgeons. As I compose this review, I am still attempting to reach Dean to finish the roof cleaning, address the damage, repair the severed power cables, fix the cut connections to the TV antenna, secure the fence panels, sand and paint the roof fascia, and handle hedge trimming and stump removal. They worked quickly Listened respectfully to my requests. Did the work efficiently Tidied up after they finished

The trees were removed, rubbish and debris was removed. However less eco plugs were used then verbally discussed. I wasn't informed of damages to my garden and nothing has been done to rectify it.

Tommy and his team cut down and removed a large apple tree, they also cut a very tall hedge. They went about there work with no fuss, extremely efficiently and cleaned up after they finished. I was also impressed with Tommy's communication skills, he let us know the time of their eta, he asked questions and confirmed what was required, and finally he asked us to come and check their work. Marvellous!
We contacted the company 2 days ago. Their response was on the same day and their visit was the next day to quote and advise on the diseased wild cherry tree in our garden. By lunchtime the next day the tree had been reduced by one third, diseased sections removed and all waste taken away. The tree will grow back and will be much healthier. A boon to the wildlife in our garden.
