It's a Greene king pub, so expect a wide variety of beers and cocktails on tap. The outside beer garden gets the sun in the afternoon, but beware of the slope and wonky seats. Understanding the client's requirements is the most important starting point, then good lighting, composition, and if people are involved, putting them at ease, is the final ingredient to getting something that sells, promotes, or creates a timeless image.

What are the images are being used for? If it is personal, how do you want to look, and if it is commercial, what message are you trying to convey?
What do you love most about your job?
The range and variation of projects, working with people and learning about them, and their business, and their story. What inspired you to start your own business?
After three years working with a leading studio, I knew what I wanted to offer my clients, and to achieve this, I set up my own studio in 1980. Since then I have had some amazing clients and experiences. The transition from film to digital in the early 90's was exciting, and technology is an ever increasing element of our business, and I love photography as much (or more) today, than I did 40 years ago when I started as a trainee.

Wedding Photography
Our approach to wedding photography is to include some carefully posed groups and bridal portraits along with all the fun and informal moments from your day.
We have a very flexible and fair approach to pricing. We start with photography of the main part of the day, and you add to this as required. This ensures you only pay for the photography you require. The main part of the day includes photography of the best man and groom, guests, the service, the family groups, bridal portraits, and a mock cake cutting. You can then add the getting ready, the drinks reception, and speeches, and the evening reception, if required.
