The food is tasty, the restaurant itself is pleasant, the staff are attentive despite being quite busy. All of us enjoyed our dishes, I would just say that the prices are quite high for the volume of food you get, with comparison to other Turkish restaurants.

Had such a lovely experience at Efes Premium, and I have to give a special mention to Andreea.Dining solo can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but she made it completely the opposite. She kindly gave me a great table and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was coming back and being remembered such a small touch, but it made the whole experience feel personal and warm.The drinks were fantastic too, the Negronis were absolutely amazing. Perfectly balanced and, importantly not overloaded with ice like you often get elsewhere, which made a big difference.As for the food, the sea bass was beautifully cooked fresh, flavourful, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal.Overall, a brilliant experience made even better by thoughtful service. Yesterday, Saturday we had a wonderful experience and a big part of that was thanks to Andrea. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel truly valued as quests. Even though she was working at reception, she went above and beyond by also checking in our table throughout the evening.Her attention to detail, kindness and professionalism really stood out. She made sure everything was perfect, always with a positive attitude and a natural sense of care that is rare to find. It s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys making people feel comfortable and looked after.
