Jeremy is very professional and easy going. It was a great mobile massage and he was able to totally ease my body and mind in as little as an hour. I have had regular treatment with Donna for the past couple of months for a chronic injury, which started with tendonitis in my Achilles tendons and worsened over the past 2 years. I'd had physio, acupuncture and had been advised on exercises but, along with some good orthotics, Donna's treatment has made a the most lasting and significant difference. A year ago, I could hardly walk without severe pain at times - now I can run 3 miles with no pain and little after-effect. I have made the effort to follow through with the stretches and tips that Donna has suggested I do but I can't praise and thank her enough - she has quite literally changed my life! I have also learned a lot from her about how to help myself and I think that's really important.

The Jing Well has been a little piece of sunshine for me . I am a nurse and had problems with my left sided hip and back . Tanya has been amazing mentally and physically . I have had three sessions and I feel fantastic , the pain which has been so disabling has lifted , mobility increased and the mental calmness to just get up and go enjoy each day .
