I have attended this practice following two separate incidents. The first after an accident and recently for sciatica. I have had acupuncture and physiotherapy here. I cannot recommend the service enough. The staff are friendly, very helpful and professional. The premises easy to access with excellent parking facilities.The result - I am now back at work having thought I would never walk properly again, seriously! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!I had acupuncture a few years ago and really felt the benefit of it so when I heard about Jess and because she was local I wanted to book in so I did and didn’t regret it!!! It was a fantastic experience and after my consultation I mentioned I like deep tissue massages and Jess mentioned she did cupping, I’d heard of cupping but never had it....... omg!!! The best massage I’ve ever had!!! Was really deep but not painful but the benefits came the following 24/48 hours as I could feel exactly where Jess had worked on my back and it just felt really loose and In knotted. Been back to Jess a few times now and will definitely be making it my weekly treat
