"Never knowingly undercatered". It was a pleasure. Until a next time!

Marianne put on a hot and cold lunch buffet for a post-funeral reception in my home. Right from the start I felt we had found an understanding and competent chef and organizer and so it turned out to be. A large number of hors d'oeuvre, hot and cold, a soup, Dutch sausage rolls and embellished brownies had to be made up and presented. Marianne also provided the drinks service. The general opinion was that the quality of the food was excellent and we were in awe of the non-stop energy coming from the kitchen from where Marianne master-minded operations. Marianne has been a private chef for us and our guests twice and the nights have become very popular amongst our group of friends. We came across the Dutch Foodie while looking for a change from our local restaurants without the need to drag ourselves in and out of London. Having her visit our home was an absolute pleasure and priveledge. The diversity in Marianne’s food, her never ending development of dishes and her knowledge of tastes and textures impressed us and all our guests. The Dutch Foodie created a range of delicious and inventive desserts for our wedding, including a (surprise) rolo rocky road cake that she knew was personally suited to my sweet tooth. All our guests loved them and commented on how great they were - put it this way, by the end of the evening, there wasn't a single crumb left!! Thank you Marianne for all your hard work in putting together a great dessert table - infinitely preferable to having a wedding cake! My new husband and I definitely recommend you to anyone looking for something fun, delicious and different to the more usual, mundane wedding desserts. More...

If I could click 10 stars. I would, we have just had the most amazing experience with Marianne cooking for 11 off us in our home we had a 3 course Greek meal, to celebrate a very special birthday, the quality and service and off course the wonderful flavours were everything you could wish for.
we are so looking forward to our next meal we book, and to top everything Marianne leaves your kitchen spotless what more could you ask for 10 out off 10, and thank you once again, see you soon

Marianne catered my parents’ 50th anniversary family lunch. Nothing was too much trouble in getting the menu spot on to suit many different palates, and communication was very easy. The food was lovely and everyone was very pleased with how the event went. Marianne was also happy to provide a different menu for the younger members of the family and the children loved her food, particularly her amazing brownies. More...

Marianne was amazing! I booked her to cater a dinner for 13 guys on a stag. She was really flexible and communicative. She designed a menu to suit our group and made contact with the venue to ensure she had enough space and facilities.

On the day she organised everything and was extremely friendly.

And of course, the food was amazing. A Middle Eastern feast!

Marianne was amazing. She kept me informed all the way through the process, answering emails and phone calls so that I wasn't left worrying about the food or her arrival. The food was amazing and all my friends and relatives were VERY impressed! I had thought that they might think I was being pretentious but I think that they were just relieved I didn't try to cook! Would highly recommend and am already planning another occasion of a dinner party which I will contact Marianne about in the future. Thank you Marianne! More...

I had never used a caterer before. Marianne created a lovely menu and all the guests really enjoyed the food of which there was lots! The only complaint from was the kids was they wanted more brownies :-)
