Purchased a second hand bumper for my Audi S1, needed a little work and parking sensor holes fitted. Spoke to Scott on the phone at the garage and was happy to see the bumper that’s same day. I needed repairs to the front end of my car after someone backed into it. Scott provided a quote promptly and was really helpful in offering to organise a hire car to be at their premises to collect when I dropped my car off. The team were all friendly and polite and the service was really good, even though the petrol shortage fiasco meant it took a little longer than expected with hold ups to parts deliveries. They even fixed a little glitch which happened a few weeks after the repair was completed. Took my car here. I had been speaking to Scot via the phone but he was just off on hols. Anyway, Zac come out and had a look. I give him my email address to send a quote to. Three weeks later I still had not received anything so I called them up and after a quick chat was promised a call and email…..7 weeks later I’m still waiting. I had a large scuff with multiple small scratches on the passenger door of a BMW i3 which they did a great job of repainting at a very reasonable cost. I would be more than happy to use them again and indeed am doing as they've got my Jaguar XF in for a front end respray.
