They really went the extra mile to help me. My house was due to be repossessed next week, I really didn’t know where to turn. I saw their advert in the paper and called them on Monday. They were friendly and so helpful. Their agent collected me and took me to a local solicitor the next day. Hi. When contacted your team found Tracey very helpful with initial questions we had. As our house progressed through system Elaine took over we found her amazing help I have ms and struggle with certain things but Elaine was great had time explain things in detail if I needed. They tell you as it is and although we didn’t see eye to eye with our initial valuations, they demonstrated that they carry out detailed research and eventually I agreed I was being a little too optimistic! Property Rescue was sympathetic , quick and very efficient in dealing with ,my circumstances. I was well informed every step of the way and they made the of selling my property smooth. They have a vast amount of knowledge and can help you in most circumstances regarding selling of your property. They managed to complete contracts within a month which takes some doing. To whom it may concern, I am writing you let you know what a fantastic team you have. I have been dealing with Alex Smith over the sale of my flat. Due to difficult times with a family member passing away the sale of the flat took longer then it should of done, but that wasn't due to Alex. While I was dealing with the death of my family member and probate for the flat, Alex was there to support me and deal with Birmingham City Council lease hold team. Beware dealing with this company. We was mislead to clean a property which they said was a sparkle Clean. When we arrived to view it was uninhabitable, falling apart, rotten and had rat droppings in there. We took pictures. A company that wants everything doing on the cheap and complains when it's does not go there way. I would not recommend this company or deal with it. You risk your reputation and your money.
