How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through daily nutrition coaching,3-4 workouts per weeek. Staying in contact with my clients at least 3 times per week and having a phone call once per week. The nutrition and workouts are progressive so get harder as your knowledge and fitness increase
