Ritchie and Amber provided the most thorough, reliable and loving care for our rabbits while we went away on a family holiday. They visited twice in advance to get to know our pets carefully and to understand their routine and their preferences. well what can i say about Amber & Ritchie. They are utterly amazing people and the love and care that they put into there business is second to none. If you need anyone to look after your pets for you whilst your away and want to be kept at ease knowing they are being well looked after, then look no further. From the minute we messaged him, we felt so comfortable. Ritchie did a house visit before we went away to ask all the relevant questions and to get to know the little ones before we left, and it was nice to see how he acted with them. We awoke every day too many pictures of the kitties looking very happy and being smothered with love, a service you wouldnt get in a cattery. They provided an excellent service, visiting Martini, our cat twice a day during the Christmas period - and at such short notice, too. They fed him, played with him and gave us daily updates, coupled with gorgeous photos. We knew Martini was safe under their care. They showed him so much love and we are truly grateful. All round excellent service. Amber came to our home prior to our holiday to meet our pet rabbit, understand his routine and fill in the all important paperwork. Whilst away we got daily updates and pictures which put my little girls mind at rest. When we got home we saw that our plants had been watered, bin taken out and a few bits tidied up. Ritchie looked after my two cats for the first time over Christmas 2021. He came over as warm and caring from the first contact and the true test was that my picky Bengal took to him straight away. In fact, from the pictures he sent me, it was clear that she loved having him visit and spend time with her! The daily Whatsapp updates and pictures were much appreciated too. Ritchie looked after my two cats for the first time over Christmas 2021. It was the first time I had left them in over 2 years, and my eldest cat is very choosy who she goes to, so I was nervous about leaving them.

Ritchie was fantastic. He came for introductory visit to meet the cats and see what was needed. My eldest cat took to him straight away and he was clearly very interested in my cats and also others he visits.

Whilst we were away, he visited twice daily, even on Christmas day, and sent me a daily update including photos. I could see for myself that my eldest cat was loving having him visit and the attention she was getting, which was very reassuring.

Fantastic. The daily morning updates, images and videos means you can relax and enjoy your time away from home totally reassured about the wellbeing of your pets.
Ritchie has taken the time to get to know all our pets, understand their particular needs and care for them to an incredibly high standard. My son trusts him to care for his Lizard and keep an eye on his menagerie. So he has his hands full with three cats and and house full of beasties. Amber undertook twice daily home visits to look after our bunny rabbits Sugar & Spice whilst we went away for a week. As a nervy new bun parent and self confessed control freak, Amber patiently spent an hour with us beforehand taking notes and reassuring me that they would be well looked after. I'm a new pet owner of two kittens and had the obvious concerns about leaving them whilst I was away. Those concerns went away with the service Ritchie provided. He was extremely thorough in going through my own routine so that he could copy it. The cats really warmed up to him and I had no concern that they would be properly cared for when I was gone. Not to mention - I got daily photos and videos of my cats [definitely the highlight of my day] His prices were affordable but the service he actually provides - goes above and beyond that. A wonderful experience and I really appreciate the extent Ritchie went to to look after my two pets. I enjoyed the visit prior to my holiday where he met them, he was very eager and lovely, and although my pets were a little bit shy they didn't seem afraid at all! It was extremely nice receiving photos during the period I was away, I was able to share them with family and friends, and it made me feel better knowing that my pets were well looked after. Ritchie took extra care of my pets and went beyond expectations! I and my husband had the chance to meet Ritchie and Amber while looking for a pet sitter for our loved cat Cleofe. We realized immediately they were professional, organized and with a great passion for pets. While away they would provide daily photos and videos of Cleofe and we could see she was well looked after and playful. We then felt she was safe and well. They even prepared a welcome back note with Cleo's best pics and a lovely message that really made us realise even more how lovely these they are. We do recommend Ritchie and Amber 100%. Ritchie and Amber looked after our cat Boston while me and my girlfriend Justyna went on a holiday. I'd like to give them the best possible recommendation, we came back home to meet a very happy and healthy cat. They have send us updates every day with details about how Boston is doing along with pictures and videos. Thanks to them our holiday was great as we did not have to worry about him and our home as well as they were coming in every day. They are certainly professionals and Boston was very happy around them and he is a very shy cat ! He had urinal infection a week prior to their visits and they have followed his diet routine and took a good care of him.
