I specialise in providing a personal training service for busy people who
- work long / irregular hours
- have no time or inclination to join a gym/leisure centre
- want to make certain life style changes but are not sure how to i.e. have little or no experience of structured exercise
I will work with you at your chosen location at a time that suits you.
For example this can be at your own home, local recreational area (park etc), place of work ........
The advantages of this form of training are:
- "time efficient" i.e. no packing kit, travelling, finding a parking space etc
- you train in a familiar environment
- 1 to 1 attention with no distractions
- accountability, easy to talk yourself out of a session but with Trainer at the door .... "excuses out of the window".
You will receive an exercise programme tailored to your individual goals which will also allow you to supplement the 1 to 1 sessions with training on your own.
I am qualified re: exercise referral i.e. can plan/carry out specialised training for those with medical conditions such as ... high blood pressure, diabetes,osteoarthritis, back pain (non-specific)...........
I also provide nutritional advice with dedicated programmes to support healthy eating and assist in effective weight management.
