We are absolutely amazed in the difference from before to after. I wish I'd taken photos. After 2 years of 2 boy Chihuahuas having "accidents" and running riot with dirty paws, our carpets went from light grey to grubby brown. I didn't think they could be saved but then Steve (and his colleague) arrived... They were ready to get to work at the time we agreed on and off they went. Just over an hour later they were done!
