I had my website for about 8 or 9 years and it was just perfect for my business. It was clear and easy to navigate even on a mobile phone which makes a big difference. It was easy to make changes and add updates myself, or, if I wanted any help Nick was only an email away for instant help. No waiting days for an answer or having to try and communicate with a robot. I can’t express how grateful I am to Rob, it’s like he brought my vision to life in a way I didn’t think was possible. My website was a cheap and cheerful Wix one. As I like being creative myself I thought I’d give it a go. It looked ‘OK’ but was non functional. Rob helped me to create a wonderful aesthetically pleasing site that helps customers find me. I've had my website now for six months and have found its just what i need in this early stage. Each time I have an idea or clarity on an aspect of my evolving business, I can easily access the editing functions and make the changes quickly. Its intuitive and easy to integrate with other applications like Mailchimp. And when I get stuck, the support is there in person from Phil or the wider team. But working with Alex at Itseeze Cardiff was genuinely a dream.
