Recently hired Grilliant to cater for my wedding. Despite torrential rain and high winds Laurence and his team successfully spit roasted, carved and served enough hog and lamb for 120 guests (exactly to schedule). Laurence and his teams are dedicated to providing a professional buffet service with delicious options including a full hog roast, and cater for customers throughout the UK. Laurence and his teams are true experts when it comes to barbecue catering, with their custom-built steel BBQ and only cooking on coals to guarantee that traditional and tasty smoked flavour. An integral electric motor allows them to perfectly cook hog roasts or rotisserie chicken – a neat, clean and efficient catering service that’s suitable for just about any location!
