I cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Itay! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. Not only is he such a kind, warm, and genuine person, but his talent in the kitchen is truly something special. The food was out of this world! Every single dish was bursting with the most incredible flavours, and the way he combined ingredients was just unbelievable. Every bite was better than the last, with so much thought, creativity, and attention to detail in each dish. You can truly taste the passion he puts into his cooking. It was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had. I would recommend Chef Itay a thousand times over and cannot wait to experience his cooking again!
