I've gotten the grilled tilapia and jollof, grilled chicken and Jollof and the goat stew with rice before. Every time the food has been phenomenal. The portions are INSANELY filling and flavorful. I definitely recommend getting everything there at some point but it will take either multiple trips or multiple people to share everything with.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Stephen Miller's exceptional culinary services. From the onset, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills. His ability to deliver not just outstanding food, but also a comprehensive service that included delivery, setup, and even decorating the buffet, was truly impressive. The food itself was a highlight. Each dish was a testament to Chef Miller's culinary expertise, blending flavors perfectly and presenting them in an appetizing manner. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of his service. What stood out most was his punctuality. He was on time, ensuring that our event proceeded without any delays. His communication skills were also commendable, as he kept us informed and involved throughout the process, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience. In summary, Chef Stephen Miller exceeded our expectations. His combination of culinary skill, professionalism, and attention to detail made our event memorable. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food trucks, especially the Paddy Wagon. They were easy to work with, professional and the food was delicious! Our other food truck ran out of food and left early but the Paddy Wagon was prepared and kept serving people for our intended time. We allowed our guests to make multiple trips so our cost was more than the minimum because we had people going back for seconds (which is what we wanted)!

I experienced Freedom a la Cart a few times when I used to work at the corporate office for Big Lots. Between the delicious food and the employees being genuinely nice people, it made an impression on me. After hearing more of the background story behind Freedom a la Cart and then visiting the website, I can't say enough good things about this organization. How refreshing to see a company that not only makes wonderful food, but also helps human beings in the process.

Love the food and the owner, but the service staff needs a boost! Make sure to share an order of hand-cut fries and ask for a side of the homemade hot sauce, it's delicious!! (There's a small charge for sauce that's not communicated ahead of time.) I love that they support the community and are on the local baseball coupon cards for GLHS!

One of my favorite lunch places in C-bus. Also of the few that I thought the food to be spicy. My favorite was the soft tacos with spicy ground beef. Two good sized soft tacos overstuffed with spicy meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. You can also get shredded beef or chicken. I was also a fan of the Green Chile Stew. It doesn't seem hot, 'till about 1/2 way through. Good thing they give you tortillas and serve a good margarita.I have complained a few times that the chips are cold and stale, but no changes yet.Is it authentic southwestern? Beats me. But it's fast, good and reasonable.

Absolutely love Graze and so do all of our clients! We use Graze for a large portion of our catered events at Versa and EVERYTIME the food is fabulous everyone asks where we got it from! Stevi, their sales coordinator is amazing and is always willing to help tailor a menu for a client or give recommendations. 10/10 highly recommend
