Chef Ron did a fantastic job cooking for our neighborhood Christmas party! We had 120 guests and there was plenty of food! When I told him we had several neighbors who are vegan, he worked in some fabulous vegetable dishes! Everyone raved about the meal! The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked. The Parmesan chicken was moist and tender. The roasted veggies and potatoes were absolutely delicious! Everything went smoothly and we hope to hire him again for our next party!!
