Toque Botique Catering was amazing and so generous. They did not seem to flinch with the short notice of need, the quantity of people to feed and planned portion amounts as I was looking for. Mark quickly responded to my request to plan a time to discuss details, delivery and set up. He trusted me in having things such as plates, utensils and chaffing dishes and stands. On day of event, he and McCay insisted in setting everything up to allow me to return to the football game and watch my son play. He sent me text of the set up and where or how the extra were stashed to remain warm. Highly recommend Mark and his business.
