Yesterday I had the opportunity to take Nicole's tower/pole class at Vibrant Pilates. Even though I'm an athlete and think I'm quite strong there are definitely some areas of my body where that is not the case. Nicole did a great job of teaching the movements, choosing the right resistance, and tailoring the workout to our specific needs. She understands athletes, and has a huge knowledge base of how Pilates can improve us. I also found the exercises to be fun, different, and mentally stimulating. I could instantly feel how this could be so good for me.

i'm not a big 'all women only' type of person, really doesn't bother me to have girls or guys or both. it's more about fitting in with the workout routine and enjoying it. that said, this trainer and the group is awesome. i'm pretty sure if there was a 'guys only' group like this it wouldn't be this fun! we work hard, mind you - we put in sweat equity every class! but the workouts are always different, Trina (trainer) is absolute fun and there is no judgement - only pure encouragement. it's simple - we all live a busy life, and we just want to be able to be strong enough, feel good enough and look great living it! this is the perfect avenue to get all that and enjoy it with folks of like mind. first class is free, and free is always great to try. you'll be pleased if you do!
