Being in athletics my whole life I had a challenging time with nutrition, proper form, and proper guidance. I had the opportunity to have good coaches but I didn’t have anyone to properly guide me when it came to proper lifting form and proper nutrition. The university I went to only had football weightlifting coaches at the time. They trained me and my teammates like football players. Kalu Konditioning is focused around the client. I understand people are busy so we aim on meeting you where you’re at and making your fitness journey as smooth as possible. I train at parks, tracks, and my personal gym. If these locations do not work for you I also offer at home workouts in which I will provide the equipment. Not only do I focus on the exercise aspect of fitness I also incorporate nutritional guidance along with stretching services. With my expertise in group training as well, if my clientele wants to train with other individuals we can set that up and make arrangements. I know how hard it is to be on a fitness journey by yourself. So here at Kalu Konditioning we do our best to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
Some of my clients are more comfortable doing virtual since Covid-19. Before Kalu Konditioning I solely operated 1-on-1. If my clientele prefers virtual or even a mix of 1-on-1 and virtual then we can devise a plan to do so.
