What do you love most about your job?

I wear my job. Bodybuilding is "the only sport you wear". I use the principles and the science behind Bodybuilder training to my clients, because it works! I tune it down to a tailored program designed around your goals. Everything else is a gimmick, if it worked, you wouldn't be reading this.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've done my research and homework on today's "Sickcare", yes "Sickcare" I provide Healthcare! I provide an education, not just counting to 20 reps. I'm not your everyday Personal Trainer, I read and provide comprehensive blood lab panels as an option, to see what's going on the inside. If you don't know what's going on the inside, you can't help the outside. Hormones, A1c, Insullin & Cortisol are the main blood panels I look for, they control your results!
