Training with Tony is the best experience ever! I highly recommend him. He is very passionate and caring, taking the time to understand your goals as well as provides you with his vision for your overall health and wellness. He is very knowledgeable and educated on fitness and nutrition so you are getting the benefit of a true professional in the field that knows how to get results. He works you hard, but efficient. Mr. Tony is an excellent trainer!! I’m beyond impressed by his ability to provide me with a specific, individualized, training plan based on my strengths and weaknesses. I have been training with Tony since July and it has been great. I was super impressed with the knowledge he had as well as how each workout is designed for each person. By the first 2 weeks I felt changes, by my first weighin I lost 4 inches. He motivates and pushes you to keep going without making you never wanna go back. Each session we did new exercises and each time he never seem to duplicate it. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend him as he is easy to work with and very good at what he does and you can tell by the passion he puts into the workouts he spends with training you. I started training with Tony in September of 2017 and ended in January 2018. I really feel that he listened to what my ultimate goals were. He pushed me to my limit without allowing me to over do any activity or exercise. He was very patient with me (I’m not very coordinated) and he would always make sure I had the correct form. Never once did I leave injured or in pain. I was able to build up my strength and my stamina. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to end my training but cannot wait to sign back up when the time is right.
I highly recommend giving training with Tony a shot! You will not regret it....

I haven't worked out in 15 years. He pushes me, but he also motivates me. He is knowledgeable and he listens to you!!! He accommodates preexisting conditions, so you don't injure yourself... Thanks Tony!

For years I struggled with my weight. I’ve tried diets, juicing, gym memberships, etc. but nothing ever became consistent for me. January 2018, I was at my heaviest at 310 pounds. If you are looking for a good workout with a goal to reach Tony Campbell Integrated Fitness is the route to take.  I have just started training and am completely sore which means it is working.  Tony is very informative and passionate about what he does.  The information passed along has been so on point.  He motivates and pushes but not in a way where you want to quit but want to get another rep in.  I have dealt with other trainers and Tony Campbell separates himself by the way he targets each individual goals and workouts are completely different keeping each part of your body working.  I feel sore but in a great way that has me looking forward to meeting my goals.  Try a session, pretty sure it will have you wanting to set up goals to achieve with him. Tony is the best trainer I've worked with! He has been the only trainer who has taken the time to create a workout plan that aligns with my body's needs and that would help to correct my body's challenges (i. e. Overprotonation, posture, etc). He even correctly guessed that I had an ankle injury on my left ankle about two years ago from simply assessing how I walk. The best part about working out with Tony is that he never gives up on me even when I feel like I can't go any further. Since January, Tony has helped me to shrink from a 3XL to a L, I can lift a max of 100 lbs, leg press a Max of 450 lbs, and my sleep apnea has decreased as well! Even more so daily work activities like flyering which took me used to take me two hours to complete (4 buildings three stories each) can now be completed in under 1 hour without breaking much of a sweat. I still have a long way to go but I'm really amazed with how my body has improved. I've learned that it's more than just a number on the scale, that my body is capable of more than I have bothered to give it credit for and that only thing that keeps things impossible is my mindset. Tony has been the best investment I've made this year. Hiring him has helped me to kill two New Years resolutions with one stone ( improving my health And supporting a good black business). More...

As my first personal training experience ever, Tony Integrated Fitness is the only place I will ever go! I went to one session and was hooked. Tony is truly inspiring and encourages you every step of the way on your fitness journey. He is dedicated and flexible with his schedule and your schedule which is so wonderfully when you work a full time job. Tony is my first personal trainer and I am so glad that I chose him! He is extremely kind and supportive and is very positive in his approach. Make no mistake though - he is very intuitive and knows exactly how far he can push you to achieve success. If you told me six months ago that I would be waking up at 4 am to get ready for a 5:30 am hour long work out, and that I would be PAYING someone to train me, I would have laughed in your face! But that is exactly what is happening. Working out with Tony is a blast! He is the perfect combination of stern and disciplined and warm and light hearted. He truly cares about his clients and pushes them to go further than they think they can. At the same time, he cares about the health and wellness of his clients and will provide you with modified movements if you are going to have difficulty. I have been working with Tony for about 3 months now and I already feel a whole lot better overall, my clothes fit looser, and my range of motion has improved. I started training with Tony a little over a month ago and I am already getting compliments on my changing body. I feel a lot better overall and more energetic (except when I'm training I feel like im barely making it lol). Tony is very inspiring to keep you going and encourages me to push through the pain. I'm thankful for him because I'm truly looking to change my lifestyle and he is a big part of my change. I've already dropped my cholesterol from 204 in late November to 160 as of 3/28/15.
