Coach John is exceptional. He finds the best balance between pushing you but not pushing you over the edge. He establishes different types of workouts for us (Tabata, HIIT, cardio, strength training, with weights, with body weight.. the list goes on). We do a private workout with him and leave every single session - refreshed and stronger! He learns our strengths and builds on them. He learns our weaknesses and navigates through them. I cannot say enough good things of the effort coach brings out for the workout sessions. My husband and I are grateful for the effort towards our workout routines, the laughs, the great music and above all the consistency he’s provided us. Thanks Coach!!!

Dropped in for a class today while visiting Houston! First time in Houston and I’m so glad I decided to try out this gym and meet the locals. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was at my home gym. Kind of sad I won’t be back to attend more classes! Coach Tony was amazing, truly enjoyed his kindness, motivation during the workout and just chatting with him. This gym is lucky to have such a great coach..he was 110% focused on the members during the workout and positive feedback the whole time. So much fun, if I’m here again I’ll definitely be back!

I don't schedule clients early morning or at night; I am available weekdays and weekends. I teach correct exercises to: healthy adults or those with medical issues, children, youth athletes, tactical groups (firefighters, police officers, military). I also train older adults who want to increase strength & balance and prevent falls. While teaching strength and conditioning, I always stress injury prevention.

Ryan is a fantastic trainer and I am thoroughly enjoying working with him. I joined up with Ryan around two months ago because I wanted help preparing for an endurance race at the end of this year. I've found him to be extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. I wanted a trainer who could provide guidance on a proper nutrition plan and overall fitness routine to reach my goals, and Ryan has done a great job. He's a great accountability partner and, more importantly he has a great emphasis on proper technique centering around safety. Having him guide, watch, and comment on form during a workout has been extremely valuable and I can point to multiple instances where his guidance has helped me avoid injury.
