Dropped in for a class today while visiting Houston! First time in Houston and I’m so glad I decided to try out this gym and meet the locals. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was at my home gym. Kind of sad I won’t be back to attend more classes! Coach Tony was amazing, truly enjoyed his kindness, motivation during the workout and just chatting with him. I don't schedule clients early morning or at night; I am available weekdays and weekends. I teach correct exercises to: healthy adults or those with medical issues, children, youth athletes, tactical groups (firefighters, police officers, military). I also train older adults who want to increase strength & balance and prevent falls. While teaching strength and conditioning, I always stress injury prevention.
