Coach John is exceptional. He finds the best balance between pushing you but not pushing you over the edge. He establishes different types of workouts for us (Tabata, HIIT, cardio, strength training, with weights, with body weight.. the list goes on). We do a private workout with him and leave every single session - refreshed and stronger! He learns our strengths and builds on them. He learns our weaknesses and navigates through them. I've found him to be extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. I wanted a trainer who could provide guidance on a proper nutrition plan and overall fitness routine to reach my goals, and Ryan has done a great job. He's a great accountability partner and, more importantly he has a great emphasis on proper technique centering around safety. How will we train together? There is no cookie-cutter approach, every individual’s game plan is different.
And finally, why? Why is a change necessary? Why is a change desired? The "why" is a key and critical component that clients tend to overlook, but it is often the driving force and sets the tone for how we will meet and exceed our goals together.
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is, you got to ask yourself what are my Health&Fitness goals!? Are one of the goals to be strong, look like I'm strong or maybe be even both. Both meaning for example the strength of a powerlifter but still have the aesthetics of a bodybuilder...
These are key questions that you must ask your self first before starting your Health&Fitness journey. That way you our very clear on your initial first goal towards your dream body. Chances are you might change your goals through out your journey to your dream body. To succeed in your Health&Fitness goals you have to have the right programs tailored to your goals and needs. Weight training to build muscle to burn calories. Cardio training to burn calories essentially burning fat. Core training to build a strong foundation, balance and stabilization. Nutrition then comes into play keeping in mind ones goals and needs. Whether a person is wanting to build more muscle or lose some body weight/fat we want to understand the science of macro nutrients and figure out what food sources are going to work for you in your nutrition phase. Here's is a great example. If you are Ferrier, you need to put in 93 gas if you want to perform at top speed and help keep maintenance thru the engine. Same applies for your body, the cleaner you eat the better your body feels and you will also enhance your performance optimally!
