I started my fitness journey with Candi 7 months before my wedding. My work schedule was frequently changing with non-traditional hours, but Candi was always willing to work around my schedule. She prioritized my fitness goals and kept me accountable throughout the journey. Pretty soon I was receiving compliments for the noticeable changes. Candi challenged me and pushed me hard every session. But it was well worth it! Candi is not like other trainers - she is easy to get along with, personable, and funny! Through awareness and understanding of where the client is currently in their journey both mentally and physically; as well as what it takes to work on the points they must strengthen to get them to where they want to be.

Everybody is their own body. Therefore realistic expectations and appreciation for what their own body can do is a priority for the success of an individualized program. Dedication, consistency and commitment on both the trainer and client part is essential.

Bone density is key more then ever, with a custom program designed to combat bone loss, strengthen muscles and increase mobility.
*Mobility work for daily living. Movement, getting up off the floor, cleaning the pool filters for the spouse or getting around with the grandkids. If you need to move, FITBody Mechanixs will get you on track to a successful progressive exercise program.

Upgraded processes regarding cardio training; traditional running for weight loss isnt our only option. Fitbody Mechanixs provides:

Preparation, technique and form are essential when building up coordination, flexibility and strength. FBM provides foundation training, laying down the basics in lifting technique and proper movement patterns when executing the big lifts:
