Christian is an excellent physical trainer. When I started working with him I could only bench 155 pounds, squat 165 pounds, deadline 225. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A healthy diet, and consistent training. It's not a difficult process at all. It only takes time, and some effort combined with science based training principles. Anyone can change and morph their entire body in only 3 hours a week, and by applying effort for only 3-6 months.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching the disposition of the client change and improve as we work together to achieve their goals, often times these goals are life changing and bring happiness in an extremely unique way. This happiness is a product of self-fullfilment and accomplishment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an innate desire to help others on their journey of fitness and health.
