Meaning, I want to help you accomplish your needs and wants, vs simply telling you what you "should need and want". Each individual is different, with different goals. Maybe your goal is to participate in a program that allows you to live a lifestyle of comfort and pleasures (comfort food and drinks), without it becoming a hazard to your health. Maybe your goal is to do a complete 180 of your current lifestyle and make a complete overhaul. Or maybe, you just want to learn and understand more about health and fitness. I am here to support you in any way YOU would like. I operate out of a private facility vs a "big box gym", which most find a more welcoming environment. Hi, my name is Jeremy and i'm new to Bark. I understand more than most, how difficult, unnerving and terrifying it can be to step out of your comfort zone and embark on something new, something unknown.

However, it doesn’t have to be, I am here to take all those fears and help you turn them into strengths, physically and mentally. Unlike walking into a “Big Box Gym” and feeling everyone’s eyes on you, here at my private facility, you are welcomed with open arms, a big smile, and I am ready and more than excited to become your teammate. Fitness is an actual journey, and every successful journey has begun with a team.

I would very much enjoy the opportunity to meet with you or have a conversation over the phone, it can even be through text, to get to know one another and find out what your goals are and what drives you.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

We've all heard the terms "hard work", "dedication", "commitment", "Sacrifice".

What we rarely hear are, "Fun", "Enjoyment", "Excitement"

If everyday you feel like you have to wake up at 4am and hit the pavement, to only eat boiled chicken and broccoli for lunch. You are going to be miserable, and while some are comfortable with that drive and discipline, it took them a lot of time to get there, and while the first terms are true to a degree, they're meaningless if you're not having at least some fun and enjoyment while taking on this new adventure.

You have to be engaged, excited and motivated. This are the traits that I strive to provide to each client.

What do you love most about your job?

The thing I love the most about my job is the people, the connections made are more than just counting reps for someone, it is building a partnership with another and becoming a team to accomplish goals and remove obstacles. It is watching my clients know when they nail that movement and their eyes light up. It's when they tell me how confident they are now in other and all aspects of life or situations.

It is genuine connection that I love most about my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business after working for corporate fitness programs, and the "turn and burn" of mass members. I felt that there was a better way, a more genuine way to help people. Ways that can be much more effective than the fast pace of big box gyms and corporate fitness programs.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose a trainer based on their connection with them, I could write a list of my strengths and reasons why, however, I would much rather start with a conversation. I am a social being at heart, that enjoys to laugh and have a lot of fun.
