Im a personal trainer because I love helping people acheive results they never thought they could acheive. I also love changing people’s lives not just in the gym, but in their daily lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I respect everyone’s opinions on how they believe clients should be coached/ programmed, but I believe there is a more efficient way to help clients change their lives. I want to help people no matter what age, limitation, complication etc.

Im not your typical personal trainer. I really look at your daily habits, how you eat, how you train. then build a program not just full of exercises, but suggestions on creating good habits, diet, etc. My philosophy is you need to be uncomfortable to promote change for the better, but I also understand when things are really tough.

Yes! I want to help however I can. I will work with you and understand what equipment is available to you, and see if it’s feasible. I believe anywhere can be your gym, but want to make sure your comfortable working with me and working with the equipment you have.

I’ve gone to a more remote/virtual type of training. Every client is different and my duty is to work with clients to figure out what’s acceptable for them and how we can make the most of it.
