Seeing someone transform. Seeing the steps they take in their teansformational journey and watchinf them be more energenic and healthier.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My own weight concerns. I am still in the middle of my own health improvement journey. I want to be healthier, more energetic and be able to have that time with my family that iay otherwise lose if my health got worse.

I work almkst solely online except for very local clients. Due to the demand with the pandemic and the concerns with having to go to a gym, many people would rather exercise on their own time and where they want to exercise.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I work almost completely remotely, but with my in home clients, I am fully vaccinated and wear a mask should the client request it. I also manintain distance asuch as possible while still being able to offer correct instruction.
