Have been here several times, along with the Y in Towson. Both have their benefits, but this one is closest to my house and it's never crowded (my biggest frustration with any gym). Family environment, babysitting if you have younger ones, tons of free stuff included with your membership....And I've never experienced a rude employee, and I've never heard of anyone requesting a tour to be turned down without filling out paperwork. That's ridiculous. Take some of these reviews with a grain of salt....

I felt stronger and more flexible after one class! I could've gone anywhere but I CHOSE Goh's and I think it says a lot when people who have done Martial Arts before choose your place over the others. Fancy giant Buddha statues do not impress me. I'd rather the money I spend go to equipment and quality instructors. I'm also glad they offer different lengths of membership and find it an additional motivator. The Martial Arts are all about time, patience and determination. If you can't commit to six months than this art may not be for you.
