The instructors and equipment at The Pilates Center at Goucher College are superb. They've all been rigorously trained in NYC through a direct lineage from Joe Pilates, this is the real deal. I've found all of the instructors to be kind and attentive and they'll challenge you but won't put you in a position that could hurt you. I travel a lot and have practiced in Pilates studios all over the world and can honestly say that you won't find a better value then at Goucher. I started at the Pilates Center at Goucher College 3 years ago and was hooked on this form of exercise immediately. I now take lessons and attend classes three times a week and could not be happier with the level of instruction and the professionalism of the instructors.
