From an holistic standpoint, substituting foods not eliminating foods. Adapting to a heathier eating pattern not dieting. Inculsion of high intensity activities and observaing physiological responses of the body.

There is no secret. The only way to het the body you want is through Consistency, Hardwork, Patience & Adaptability. That’s it.

Often people get so consumed by the physical benefits of fitness, they miss out on the mental, emotional, and spiritual journey that goes along with it. Looking good is great: but there’s so much more. Mind-Body-Spirit connection transitions a simple weight loss goal to a lifestyle transformation resulting in a true “Natural Balanced Body”.

We believe a holistic approach to fitness - one that encourages intuitive eating, mindfulness, and daily movement. At UmojaFit, we employ various modality of exercise such as boxing, cardio boxing, dancing, calisthenics, and weight lifting to help my clients meet their goals and stay motivated throughout their health journey.

We offer 1-on-1 training sessions at a studio gym in Rosedale, MD and also offer virtual training for out of town clients.

I do offer online training sessions for those people that are further away or more comfortable with distancing.
