I am an in-home personal trainer who specializes in weight loss and injury rehab. I love helping my clients regain strength and get rid of chronic pain! I've helped tons of people remove low back, shoulder, hip, and knee pain and achieve their goal body weight.

The secret is consistency and listening to your body. These 2 things will allow you to not only reach your dream body, but will allow you to maintain your dream body. Whereas hammering yourself may get you there, but once you get there, you'll be craving burgers and donuts so much you won't be able to maintain it.

What I love most about being a personal trainer, is watching my clients get stronger and have aha moments when they realize why they've been struggling with something or when they realize that the pain theyve been dealing with is suddenly not there anymore.

I decided to start my own business around 2020 right when covid hit us, and I wanted to do it to be able to prove to myself that I can help my clients without having someone watching over me, and that I can develop myself into one of the best trainers in baltimore!

You should work with me because I have an excellent understanding of the body and can help you overcome almost any muscular imbalance within my scope of practice. I also have an excellent refferal source and can get you to pros that can help you with anything I'm not personally capable of doing. But most importantly, because I genuinely care about every individual client I work with and do everything in my power to make working out and reaching your fitness goals an enjoyable experience.

I do offer online coaching through an app called kickoff but only recommend it for people who are self motivated and know that they will workout if they are given a schedule and guidance.

During the height of covid I wore a mask and sanitized my equipment after each session. At this point I'm not doing that much if at all, but if requested I have no issue with helping my clients feel safe.
