Hi there. I’m Liz and I’ve been running B4 Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching since 2012. In that time I have continued to evolve my approach to health and fitness coaching.
In 1993, I lost over 120 pounds and have kept it off. Shortly after my weight loss success, I made a life changing decision to give up a successful career in corporate banking and dedicate my life to helping others successfully adopt and maintain an active healthy lifestyle.
Over the past 20 years, my fitness career has included coaching and mentoring hundreds of clients, designing and running weight loss programs, teaching a variety of group exercise class formats, classroom instruction, and delivering seminars and presentations on lifestyle modification topics.
My approach to health & fitness coaching is different than what you might expect. I am big on creating an empowering environment with clients. One where we work together to build your system. We see our job as being as much an educator as a coach. We will give you new knowledge & skills while supporting you while you develop new habits to achieve your goals. Training sessions, while challenging, shouldn’t leave you having a near death experience on the floor. All coaching is habit based keeping it simple, effective and at a pace that allows change to ‘stick’. We want to help empower you to lead a more active lifestyle so you can do, be and feel your best.
We offer more than exercise services. We offer behavior change. Long term health, wellness, strength & vitality long term requires balance as well as establishing solid lifestyle habits. Our coaching programs don’t stop at the training room door. We help you develop changes in all aspects of your life to achieve balance and wellness long term. Our goal is to help our clients live active lives. Optimal health is the foundation upon which an active lifestyle is built. The many aspects of modern life make this more and more difficult.
