Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions
Walter Lewis is an experienced fitness coach who has trained and motivated thousands of individuals since 2004. After experiencing the deaths of his grandparents, Walter knew that he did not want to die young, or see family members and others die from health issues that could be prevented or prolonged.
He set out on a mission to break the cycle of obesity and unhealthy living with health promotion and disease prevention. Walter launched WLFS full-time in 2005 to help real people get real results. He is also the author of "The 4 Healthy Habits of the Highly Effective Busy Professional."
