I've been attending for over a year now. I've never been faster, stronger, or more flexible than I am now, nothing made me stick to fitness like learning martial arts has. I started in the Wushu curriculum and have also picked up Tai Chi, which has proven to be an excellent way to de-stress while also getting in a good workout and focusing the mind. The school's lead instructors are truely masters of their forms, and all of the amazing instructors really focus on the individual needs of the students. They focus on not only the physical, but also the culture and art of Kung Fu, and foster a strong community within the school. I love the passion and dedication of everyone on staff! More...

I have trained at Goh's Kung Fu since 1998. It has had a positive effect on every aspect of my life. Back when I started I was looking around and Goh's instructors had humility and skill that was unmatched at other places. I'm lucky enough to have traveled around the country competing and judging, and to China and Argentina to train and compete. The programs are stronger than ever. You will be assisted in achieving your goals whether they're as modest as fitness and weight loss or as grand as competing on an international level. Try it for free. You won't be disappointed. And with month-to-month programs you aren't locked in to doing something if you lose interest. Bet you don't though! More...

In simple words this place is amazing. I came here with no expectations. They have different classes from Tai Chi to Sanda with instructors that specialize in that class in particular. The instructors make sure that you learn the right way instead of rushing to try and catch up with others. I recommend Goh's Kung Fu to anyone who is interested on learning Chinese Martial Arts, getting the health benefits out of it, and meeting great people full of positive energy. More...

I trained under sefu Goh and fought for his team, he is a great trainer , he has mercy for the poor and crippled , he uphold and pleads the case for widows and the fatherless -even a felon does their time pays their dues and gets another chance , who are you as it is a fools folly to criticize his training all his teachers where top notch at training kung fu not at genuflecting at the alter. do you know where the wind comes, from can you tell me where God dwells More...

I studied Kung fu back in College, and always wanted to go back. Needed a family friendly place where I could take classes with my 10 year old son. Wanted someplace with history, great reputation but not a "boot camp" style learning environment, where my son would easily be discouraged. The instruction from Sifu Kevin Law and all the other teachers has been excellent, very challenging and rewarding. The school has been around for decades and Sifu Anthony Goh is a world leader in Wushu/Kung Fu. I love that the length of the contract can vary, we initially signed up for 1 year, now 3 years with 2 of my sons joining me. I also love, and this is important, students are able (ENCOURAGED) to come to as many classes per week as they are able. With a combination of Kung fu, Wushu, Taiji, Sparring and Weapons training, there are ways to excel in many areas. Unfortunately, the physical studio is not shiny new like you'll see with some pop up karate or other type studios. But it's always improving and the quality of the teaching more than makes up for it. Jennifer is dead on! Its been nearly 20 years since I've attempted any Martial Art and Goh's totally reminded me of how much fun it is. I look forward to every class, its the highlight of my day. I felt stronger and more flexible after one class! I could've gone anywhere but I CHOSE Goh's and I think it says a lot when people who have done Martial Arts before choose your place over the others. Fancy giant Buddha statues do not impress me. I'd rather the money I spend go to equipment and quality instructors. I'm also glad they offer different lengths of membership and find it an additional motivator. The Martial Arts are all about time, patience and determination. If you can't commit to six months than this art may not be for you. More...
