I have been working with Gail for years now. In beginning, I was not in good physical shape and I was almost 20 pounds heavier.
I had to start off a bit easy so she could understand my physical abilities, I have an issue of no cartilage in one of my ankles.
She had to build a routine to build a workout that I was able to do that gave me the cardio and the training that would not make the problem worse.
Soon we eventually progressed to a harder workout, and continue to change it up as time goes by so the workout is appropriate for my changing ability.
When I’m done with my workout, I feel good, I feel energized. I have more endurance in every day activities, climbing stairs, walking up hills, ect.

I've been a Master Trainer in New York City for nearly 20 years. But there was a period in my life where I had I was diagnosed with a cardiomyopathy and my body felt like it was slowing deteriorating before my eyes and I had no control. I felt completely helpless, and fell into a deep depression. After receiving a heart transplant in 2009, I made a deal with God - I would first recover and take better care of my second chance at life, and second, I would continue showing others how precious this life is and how they could make healthier choices. Unfortunately no gym facilities would take me on because I was now a liability, so I decided to continue doing what I love under my own LLC.
I genuinely love fitness and healthy living. I will not only be your trainer, but your partner, support, and friend. I text everyone of my clients almost daily with healthy choices, and inspiration. I get to know the whole family, and we slowly start making better choices together. I don't believe in 'cold turkey', but I do believe in positive affirmation and accountability!
