What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work! It's completely possible to get to that vision you see of yourself without harsh taking any substances, going under the knife, or putting your body through unnatural torture. I am living proof! Let's take the journey together.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing clients grow excited about exercise, and the changes in their body. I love seeing them achieve goals they've never been able to reach before. It's a wonderful feeling, knowing how much impact I'm able to have on a persons overall happiness with life!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been a Master Trainer in New York City for nearly 20 years. But there was a period in my life where I had I was diagnosed with a cardiomyopathy and my body felt like it was slowing deteriorating before my eyes and I had no control. I felt completely helpless, and fell into a deep depression. After receiving a heart transplant in 2009, I made a deal with God - I would first recover and take better care of my second chance at life, and second, I would continue showing others how precious this life is and how they could make healthier choices. Unfortunately no gym facilities would take me on because I was now a liability, so I decided to continue doing what I love under my own LLC.

I genuinely love fitness and healthy living. I will not only be your trainer, but your partner, support, and friend. I text everyone of my clients almost daily with healthy choices, and inspiration. I get to know the whole family, and we slowly start making better choices together. I don't believe in 'cold turkey', but I do believe in positive affirmation and accountability!
