Very encouraging and supportive, she is also thoughtful about my response to the exercises - knows when to push me and when to ease up, adjusting the program as required. I have been working with Gail for years now. In beginning, I was not in good physical shape and I was almost 20 pounds heavier.
I had to start off a bit easy so she could understand my physical abilities, I have an issue of no cartilage in one of my ankles.
She had to build a routine to build a workout that I was able to do that gave me the cardio and the training that would not make the problem worse.
Soon we eventually progressed to a harder workout, and continue to change it up as time goes by so the workout is appropriate for my changing ability.
When I’m done with my workout, I feel good, I feel energized. I have more endurance in every day activities, climbing stairs, walking up hills, ect.
I have to say Gail truly listens and is in tune with working out at a pace that works with your ability and ramping up when appropriate.
She is also very professional, a good communicator, very organized, respectful, considerate, I really can’t say enough good things about her.

I started my business to give women access to expert coaching that’s truly personalized and focused on long-term results, not quick fixes.
