What inspired you to start your own business?
Covid! A local gym closed down. I reached out to a few of my friends that were personal trainers there, they told me they were creating a rent share space for trainers like us, to run their business from!

Yes, I have an app that I use with remote clients to track workouts and nutrition.
I use Zoom for live sessions as well as our consultations/meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do my best to accommodate the needs of each individual i.e. mask, personal space. Proper sanitation has always been a must!
