I develop a customized workout program based on their goals and injuries. To make it easier to follow every exercises is filmed. I also provide my clients with a weekly meal plan based on BMR and activity level. I hold my clients accountable with a check-in once a week and motivation to keep them on track to hit their goals.

Services

I will write a customized workout program based on my clients goals and injuries. I will change it every month to avoid plateau. The workout program will have videos of every exercises and the sets, repetitions, weights and the proper rest time will be provided.

I will offer nutritional advice based on BMR and goals.

Every week I will send a 3 day meal plan with the proper carbs, fat and protein to hit their goals.

Meal plans will come with all ingredients and a shopping list to make it more convenient for my clients.

Every week I send a form to my clients to fill out and ask any questions they may have.
