How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Clients at Zion Health and Wellness are assisted by our team by developing and implementing a micro and macro program specifically designed according to their strengths and limitations. We provide extensive nutritional counseling as apart of our program along with written and detailed workouts for them to follow when we aren't present with them. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Mental Fortitude and resilience!Mind over matter isn't just a catchy idiom. Your body will achieve what your mind conceives, which is why all of our trainers bring a positive and energetic mindset into each and every lesson. An optimistic mindset is key to pushing you towards your goal and getting past whatever roadblock you may encounter in your fitness journey. A balanced nutritional palate needs to be combined with a well rounded workout routine to achieve optimal results and a "dream"body.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing the positive energy that my client exude before, during and after our workouts. The bay area can be a stressful place and i'm glad I can help provide a release from all the tension.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I previously worked at a gym and saw what I perceived as the exploitation of the trainers. I was highly sought after at the gym and determined to create a company that could provide high level service to the bay area community while also properly compensating the trainers for their diligence and hard work.
