What do you love most about your job?

I LOVE seeing my clients breakthrough health issues that have been holding them back. I love helping people discover their strength and confidence through a balanced diet and lifestyle. I've noticed that ridding the body of day-to-day aches and pains opens doors to the bigger career and relational goals we all seek.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My recovery from two bludging discs in my low back in 2010 was the official kick-off of my wellness journey! I have also overcome depression, an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis), body image doubts, and significant break-ups. I turned these bumps in the road into self-discovery opportunities and gathered so many pearls of wisdom in the process.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have coached world-famous CEOs, entrepreneurs, new mothers, retirees, and everyone in between. With nearly 10 years of discovery under my belt, I have cultivated resilience, a commitment to growth, personal empowerment, and developed some very well-rounded tools to help others achieve the same.

How we MOVE in our lives is everything. We each need different things at different times to feel whole.

My passion in life is to educate and inspire others to be well, live their truth, know a sense of peace, and do it all for Love.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

I have learned first hand that a poor diet is often the root cause of chronic general unwellness such as fatigue, mood swings, bloating, joint pain, brain fog, headaches, and acne.

A carefully curated diet will not only clear the symptoms above, but support you in leading a clear-headed, healthy and consistently-well lifestyle.

Nutritionists & Dietitians FAQs

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.

Absolutely! Whether it's receiving advice on how to tackle food allergies or a bespoke diet plan to help you live healthier, your expert will be able to support you via video call or the telephone. In fact, online nutritionists and dietitians have become increasingly popular, not least because they save you the time (and costs!) of travelling.

Before hiring a professional, you can read their reviews by heading over to the 'reviews' section of their Bark profile. If they're new to Bark, they might not have any reviews on their profile yet, so you may want to check out the reviews on their company website instead.
