Cameron is a supportive and encouraging strength coach. He emphasizes good form to prevent injury. I became much stronger than I had expected in only a month which has helped me immensely in my physically demanding job. I never thought I could be a strong woman without being over-muscled, and Cameron showed me I could. I was able to achieve my goal of building muscle mass and losing excess fat and am ecstatic about the results. I've continued to work with him over the past year to achieve new strength and fitness milestones. I recommend him to anyone who wants to begin strength training or incorporate strength training into a fitness regimen. More...

I've seen tremendous gains under Cameron's coaching. He tailors programs to my needs. His watchful eye during every rep means he's analyzing and making suggestions. He offers constant encouragement and, in general, has great energy and is so friendly that I look forward to each incredibly rigorous session.

I've lifted on and off for years but Cameron's by far the most disciplined and effective coach I've had. It's like I didn't really understand what I was doing till now, as he not only refines my form and technique, but he explains the reasons behind everything. That's helped me avoid injuries and push beyond my previous plateaus.

I have made huge gains with Cameron! I am a big fan of doing CrossFit, and frankly, lots of times there can be friction between people who ascribe to various “philosophies” of fitness. But Cameron met me where I was and worked with me on form and strength in powerlifting without any judgment or snarkiness. My maximum lifts improved greatly, and I have been able to bring my new skills from training with Cameron back to my normal training routine. Plus, Cameron trained me in some movements that are great accessories! Cameron is patient and clear, and he’s always willing to answer questions and help you figure out how to execute a movement. Cameron has literally changed my life.

I came to him stiff, slow and in the process of gradually losing my strength. Cameron listened carefully, attentively, and empathetically. Using his immense knowledge and experience, Cameron created a detailed, personalized plan for me.

Over the past 4 months, Cameron's method has not only made me stronger, but also feeling much younger. During my workout, Cameron gives me all his attention. I'm often surprised how he'll identify a 'mental trick' to help me get even better at my lifts.

Cameron's ever present smile (which you can feel even through his mask), his optimism and his genuine care make every workout a pleasure.

Q&As

Strength and endurance are key to fitness success. Depending on the specific goals of the client, I will formulate the best way to combine these two elements to reach them. In addition, I provide guidance and accountability along the way.

As much as I would love to say there is a secret, there really isn't. Success in fitness is based on appropriate programming and consistency. Having the right plan and putting in the work to follow that plan will get you a long way.

The best thing about my job is helping my clients reach milestones and then seeing them excitedly set new goals.

The ability to make a living doing something I love and being able to set my own schedule were both major factors in inspiring me. In addition, seeing my clients improve their fitness level as well as their life outside of the gym, continues to inspire me.

Training with me is always a pleasant experience. You will get a calm and methodical training experience that will challenge you at the moment, all while preparing you for long-term improvement and success.

It is a possibility, but online/remote services would need to be discussed directly between myself and the client.

My facility is now located outdoors which significantly reduces the risk of Covid-19 over traditional indoor settings. In addition, because I am the only trainer using my facility, I am solely responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the equipment. There is no concern that another user/trainer did not clean up after themselves.

Services

This offering is fully customized, one-on-one, training with a coach. The client can expect exclusive attention as well as customized programming that is tailored to optimize training effects for the individual.

Two or three athletes will train together. Though not fully customized, training programs are still highly tailored toward the goals of each individual. Because the group is so small, each lift, by each individual, is observed and examined by the coach. In addition, the camaraderie of having training partners improves individual accountability.

Training on a set schedule and location can be very difficult for some. This does NOT mean that you cannot train! Clients can train on their own schedule, at their own facility, and still receive personalized training programs with exclusive attention from a coach. This option requires that the sessions be recorded with a mobile app and submitted to the coach on the agreed-upon schedule. This method still offers the option to meet the coach in person for live training sessions on a monthly basis.
